Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Real Estate Sales Agent. The Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters. Daily tasks include showing properties to prospective buyers, preparing and submitting offers and contracts, and negotiating sales on behalf of clients. The agent will also maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws and guidelines, as well as market trends, to provide clients with informed advice.

Qualifications

Real Estate Sales and Real Estate skills Must have a valid Real Estate License Strong Customer Service and Sales skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Ability to work independently and in a team environment Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
