Job Summary:
As the
HR Manager
, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources functions within the company. You will play a key role in recruitment, employee development, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Your ability to attract, develop, and retain talent will be crucial in maintaining the high standards of service we provide to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing:
Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees, particularly cleaning staff and operational personnel.
Employee Relations:
Foster a positive and productive workplace environment, addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring smooth communication between staff and management.
Training & Development:
Develop and implement training programs to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary skills, safety knowledge, and customer service standards.
Performance Management:
Monitor and evaluate employee performance, conduct regular appraisals, and support the development of improvement plans or career progression.
Compliance & Policies:
Ensure adherence to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies. Update and communicate company policies to staff.
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
Oversee payroll processing, benefits management, and ensure timely compensation for all employees.
Employee Retention:
Develop strategies to retain top talent, improve job satisfaction, and maintain high employee morale within the team.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the cleaning services, hospitality, or facilities management industry.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
