Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Manager
to join our team at Prepaire. In this role, you will be responsible for for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role supports business needs and ensures the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, problem-solver, and strong communicator with a passion for employee engagement and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Assess training needs and monitor training programs
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in as an HR Manager or other HR Executive
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (required).
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Additional certifications would be considered a plus.

Knowledge of personalized medicine and an understanding of biopharma or healthcare-related practices is beneficial.
Experience in event coordination or project management.
