The Role
:
? Serve as the primary POC for all employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolving conflicts in a fair and consistent manner. ? Maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with UAE labor laws ? Support management in organizational development, employee engagement initiatives, and retention strategies. ? Handle HR administrative tasks such as leave management, end-of-service settlements, and employee benefits administrationRequirements
