What you'll do:
Lead recruitment efforts for creative, strategic and operational roles Manage onboarding & offboarding processes with professionalism and care Maintain and update employee records, contracts and documentation Handle day-to-day HR queries and support employee wellbeing Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and visa processes Coordinate team reviews, training plans and career development Drive a positive and inclusive company culture Act as a trusted point of contact between leadership and team members
What we're looking for:
2-5 years of HR experience (agency or creative industry a bonus) Strong understanding of UAE labour law and HR compliance Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proactive, discreet, empathetic, and solution-oriented Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Fluency in English; Arabic a plus

Pay: AED50,000.00 - AED100,000.00 per year
