Experience Required:
5+ years in HR management, preferably in retail or fashion
Job Summary:
Lead and manage all HR operations for a fashion-focused organization. Drive recruitment, training, and retention of creative and retail talent while ensuring compliance and supporting the company's dynamic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies tailored to the fashion/retail environment.
Manage recruitment for creative, retail, and corporate roles.
Oversee onboarding and training to enhance team performance and brand culture.
Handle employee relations, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
Support organizational growth with workforce planning and HR analytics.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in HR management within fashion, retail, or creative industries.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment.
Knowledge of payroll systems, labor regulations, and HR best practices.
Wide Knowledge in Qatar labor law.
