Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Conduct interviews and oversee the hiring process.
Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
Employee Relations:
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
Act as a bridge between management and employees.
Performance Management:
Oversee performance appraisal systems.
Monitor employee performance and provide guidance on improvement.
Recommend promotions, training, or disciplinary actions as needed.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and organize training programs and workshops.
Promote continuous learning and professional development.
Policy & Compliance:
Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Ensure legal compliance with labor and employment laws.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Compensation & Benefits:
Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits programs.
Benchmark salaries and recommend adjustments based on market trends.
HR Strategy:
Collaborate with senior management to shape HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
