Mission: Manage a diverse team of HR professionals which may include HR specialists, recruitment and payroll personnel
HR Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. Collaborate with senior management to identify HR priorities and establish long-term plans for talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and retention.
HR Management: Develop and execute human resources strategies, policies, and programs aligned with the project's objectives and company guidelines. Establish and maintain effective HR processes, including onboarding, training and development, performance management, and employee relations. Develop and administer performance management programs and policies. Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance evaluations and addressing performance-related issues. Oversee the development and administration of compensation and benefits programs. Identify training needs, develop training programs, and coordinate training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Support the development and implementation of career development plans for employees.
Also the person that join the team will be responsible of the part of Payroll and Benefits, Recruitment, Compliance regarding the local law and labour relations.
Required Skills and Competencies Law or Human resources degree. English level C1 French Level C1 Previous experience in Human Resources field for 5 years.
