A reputable healthcare group in the UAE is looking for an experienced
HR manager who will be able to
handle both human resources and financial operations. The ideal candidate should haveat least 2 years of HR experience in the UAE
along withstrong accounting knowledge and practical experience
.Key Responsibilities
Manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR compliance Handle accounting operations including bookkeeping, expense tracking, and reporting Prepare payroll, manage accounts payable/receivable, and reconcile financial records Support management with both HR and financial planning activities
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the UAE Proven experience in accounting and financial management Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or a related field Immediate joiners preferred
