We are seeking a new HR MANAGER / LICENSING OFFICER
YOU MUST UNDERSTAND THE CURRENT MOHRE/TAMM ONLINE SYSTEM and have excellent knowledge of the current UAE labor law.
You must be capable to hire registered nurses and other job position as per needed.
You must be capable of efficiently supporting and leading your team to deliver the following:
Responsible for DOH licensing system and renewal of licenses
Assist in preparing HR documents, visa renewal, employment contracts and new hire processes for new staff recruitment both local and international hire.
Manage all personnel records to include all internal databases. (e.g. sick leave, annual leave disciplinary records etc)
Answer employees queries about HR-related issues.
Assist payroll department by ensuring accurate relevant employee information is provide on time.
Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
Perform other related duties as required
Requirements
:
PROVEN work experience at a minimum HR supervisory level
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects and delegate to your team
Outstanding communication skills are a must to deliver this role
Strong interpersonal skills

Contract length: 15 days
Pay: AED50.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
