Sana Pure Drinking Water is a growing organization with a workforce of around 200 employees, committed to delivering high-quality drinking water products across the region. We are currently seeking a proactive and organized
HR Coordinator
to join our team and play a key role in managing our human resources operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Hire the right candidate at the right time based on company needs
Plan and approve employee leave requests in coordination with department heads
Monitor employee attendance and working hours
Handle monthly payroll processing and ensure accuracy
Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and labor groups for timely labor hiring
Schedule and manage workforce availability to ensure business continuity
Maintain HR records and documentation in compliance with company policies
Qualifications:
Proven experience in HR coordination or similar role (1-3 years preferred)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR/payroll software
Experience dealing with labor recruitment agencies is a plus
