Develop and execute staffing strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Oversee job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection processes.
Coordinate onboarding and orientation of new employees.
2. Employee Relations
Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Promote a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace environment.
Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate actions as necessary.
3. Performance Management
Support the implementation of performance evaluation systems.
Guide managers in performance improvement planning and employee development.
Monitor employee progress and provide feedback to staff and leadership.
4. Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.
Support employee growth through career pathing and skills development initiatives.
5. Compensation & Benefits
Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compensation programs.
Ensure compliance with compensation laws and organizational equity.
6. Compliance & Policy Management
Maintain and update HR policies and employee handbooks.
Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
Maintain employee records and HR metrics.
7. HR Strategy
Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's or HR certification preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
In-depth knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and HRIS systems.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Certifications:
SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR
Working Conditions:
Office-based with occasional travel (if applicable).
Regular business hours, with flexibility for after-hours support when needed.
