We are seeking an experienced
HR Manager
with strong expertise in
UAE Labor Law
and
end-to-end HR operations
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional capable of managing HR functions independently while supporting business growth and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage
end-to-end HR operations
, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, and exit processes
Ensure full compliance with
UAE Labor Law
, company policies, and HR best practices
Develop, implement, and update
HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
Oversee
performance management systems
, employee evaluations, and appraisals
Handle
disciplinary actions, employee grievances, and conflict resolution
professionally
Coordinate
visa processing, labor contracts, renewals, and PRO-related activities
Support
staff training and development initiatives
to enhance performance and engagement
Provide strong
leadership, guidance, and communication
to management and employees
Act as a strategic HR partner to management on workforce planning and organizational matters
Requirements
10-15 years of HR experience
, including
3-5 years in a managerial role
Strong and practical knowledge of
UAE Labor Law
Proven experience in
end-to-end HR operations
Experience in
policy development, HR compliance, and employee relations
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Industry experience in
construction, oil & gas, or engineering
is highly preferred
Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters with discretion
