to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional capable of managing HR functions independently while supporting business growth and compliance.Key Responsibilities
Manage
end-to-end HR operations
, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, and exit processes Ensure full compliance withUAE Labor Law
, company policies, and HR best practices Develop, implement, and updateHR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
Overseeperformance management systems
, employee evaluations, and appraisals Handledisciplinary actions, employee grievances, and conflict resolution
professionally Coordinatevisa processing, labor contracts, renewals, and PRO-related activities
Supportstaff training and development initiatives
to enhance performance and engagement Provide strongleadership, guidance, and communication
to management and employees Act as a strategic HR partner to management on workforce planning and organizational mattersRequirements
10-15 years of HR experience
, including3-5 years in a managerial role
Strong and practical knowledge ofUAE Labor Law
Proven experience inend-to-end HR operations
Experience inpolicy development, HR compliance, and employee relations
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills Industry experience inconstruction, oil & gas, or engineering
is highly preferred Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters with discretionJob Type: Full-time
