Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives
Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team and workforce planning activities
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention of construction staff
Ensure full compliance with
UAE Labor Law
and company policies
Manage payroll, compensation, benefits, and performance management systems
Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
Coordinate training, development, and succession planning programs
Liaise with government authorities and external stakeholders
Prepare HR policies, procedures, and management reports
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 10+ years of HR experience
Prior experience in the
construction / contracting industry
is strongly preferred
Arabic nationality is mandatory
Strong knowledge of
UAE Labor Law
and HR best practices
Proven leadership, coaching, and people-management skills
Ability to manage large and diverse workforces
Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making abilities
