Hr Manager
Job Description
Al Ain Mills, a leading organization in the food manufacturing sector, is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to manage and oversee all HR functions in accordance with organizational objectives and applicable UAE laws and regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
(master's degree or MBA preferred)
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including significant exposure to a managerial leadership role
Thorough knowledge of UAE Labor Law and Corporate Law
Professional certifications such as SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent will be considered an added advantage
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal capabilities, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization
