Job Description

The HR Manager will oversee all HR functions within a fast-paced real estate environment, ensuring that recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management align with the company's operational and business goals. The role requires strong understanding of real estate-specific positions, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities



1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Real Estate Focus)



Lead end-to-end recruitment for real estate roles such as Property Consultants, Leasing Agents, Sales Managers, Admins, Marketing, Brokers, and Support Staff. Develop hiring strategies to attract high-performing agents and qualified real estate professionals. Maintain updated job descriptions tailored to real estate operations. Coordinate with Sales & Leasing Managers to understand manpower needs and targets.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement



Handle employee concerns, performance issues, and conflict resolution professionally. Promote a positive workplace culture and ensure high employee retention, especially among sales teams. Conduct regular team engagement activities to boost motivation and productivity.

3. HR Policies, Compliance & Documentation



Implement HR policies in line with UAE Labor Law and real estate industry best practices. Ensure accurate documentation of broker agreements, sales contracts, commissions, and performance records (if required by management). Maintain confidential personnel files for agents and staff.

4. Performance Management (Real Estate KPIs)



Manage performance evaluation processes for sales and leasing teams using KPIs such as leads, viewings, deals closed, and revenue. Monitor agent performance and support the management in implementing improvement plans. Identify training needs specific to real estate sales, customer service, and compliance.

5. Compensation, Payroll & Commission Management



Coordinate with finance to ensure accurate payroll, commission calculations, incentives, and allowances. Track attendance, leave balances, overtime, and agent commission sheets. Assist with compensation benchmarking for real estate roles.

6. Training & Development



Organize training programs: RERA/Broker certification guidance Sales and negotiation training Customer service training CRM and property portals orientation Maintain training logs and ensure compliance for licensed roles.

7. HR Administration & Support



Manage visa processing, onboarding, renewals, and offboarding of employees and agents. Oversee employee insurance, benefits, and company accommodations if applicable. Support management in workforce planning and HR reporting.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 5-7 years HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in the real estate sector.

Strong understanding of real estate job functions, operations, and commission structures. Knowledge of UAE Labor Law and real estate regulatory requirements. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proficiency in HR software, CRM systems, and MS Office.
