Through strong HR business partnership, you will support both our existing teams and the new ones we are adding as part of our continued growth.
We are establishing a dynamic and future?focused organization in Abu Dhabi to support our business and projects worldwide, aiming to grow to around 500 employees by the end of 2027, with continued expansion well into the years ahead.
As HR Manager, you will be responsible for serving as an HR business partner, driving human excellence programs that support the development of the organization and people. You will play a key role in fostering corporate values, strengthening our workplace culture, and enabling our people to perform at their best.
Your responsibilities as an HR manager are

• Partner with (senior) management and designated departments to provide proactive HR advice and support, aligning people solutions with business objectives and organizational priorities.
• Managing and executing HR processes: recruitment, salary reviews, staff planning, performance appraisals, talent management and succession planning.
• Coach and support employees on a wide range of HR topics to enhance engagement, development, and performance.
• Drive and support organizational change initiatives by providing HR guidance, facilitating change management processes, and ensuring smooth transitions for employees and teams.
• Lead allocated HR programs and projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, labor legislation, and internal policies and procedures.
• Oversee accurate administration of employee data and ensure clear and timely HR-related communication with employees.

Your qualities
You can make your mark as an HR manager if you have:

• Proven experience as HR manager in an international company.
• People oriented attitude.
• Knowledge of UAE labour law and HR best practices.
• Proactive and outspoken personality.
• Hands-on approach paired with the ability to contribute towards HR strategy.

Extra information

• Your team: You will be part of the HR team in Abu Dhabi.
• Where you will work: You will work from our beautiful office in Abu Dhabi. There are possibilities that you will visit projects and other branch offices.
• Fulltime/ part- time job: The position of the HR Manager is a fulltime job.
