Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with UAE labor law Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention strategies Drive employee engagement, performance management, and professional development Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance company culture Manage payroll coordination, benefits administration, and compliance Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on people-related matters
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Minimum
5 years of HR experience
, preferably in real estate, property, or fast-paced service industries Strong knowledge ofUAE labor law
