Required Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - HR Manager
Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HR management or a similar role
Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and employment regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR management systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation processes
Familiarity with payroll preparation and employee benefits administration
Duties & Responsibilities - HR Manager
Oversee all aspects of the Human Resources department and ensure smooth HR operations
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals
Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract qualified candidates
Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Administer payroll, attendance, and leave management systems
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions professionally
Conduct performance evaluations and support staff development initiatives
Monitor and improve employee engagement and retention programs
Prepare and submit HR reports related to staffing, turnover, and performance
Advise management on HR matters, workforce planning, and organizational development
Coordinate with government authorities and ensure timely processing of visas, renewals, and other legal requirements

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
