We are looking for a highly organized and knowledgeable
HR Manager
to lead and manage all HR operations within the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in
UAE Labour Law
,
visa and immigration processes
, and
employee relations
, along with experience in recruitment, performance management, and policy development.
The HR Manager will ensure the smooth functioning of all HR activities while supporting the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle -- from job posting to onboarding.
Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and coordinate offers and joining formalities.
Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation for new employees.
2. UAE Visa & Immigration Management
Handle all aspects of
UAE visa processing
-- employment visa, renewals, cancellations, medical tests, and Emirates ID applications.
Coordinate with PROs and government portals (MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA) for employee documentation.
Maintain updated knowledge of UAE immigration rules and labor law amendments.
Ensure all employee records and visa-related documents are up to date.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as the main point of contact for employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
Conduct disciplinary actions and investigations in compliance with UAE Labour Law.
4. HR Policy, Compliance & Documentation
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
Maintain proper employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
5. Performance Management
Design and manage KPI frameworks and performance evaluation systems.
Work closely with managers to track progress and develop improvement plans.
Support management in promotions, salary reviews, and recognition programs.
6. Payroll & Administration
Supervise monthly payroll, attendance, and leave management.
Oversee end-of-service benefits, gratuity calculations, and final settlements.
Manage HR software and ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
7. Strategic HR Planning
Align HR objectives with business goals.
Support manpower planning and organizational development initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration (Master's preferred).
Minimum 5-7 years of HR experience (2+ years in UAE mandatory).
In-depth knowledge of
UAE Labour Law
and
visa/immigration procedures
.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in
MS Office
and
HR management systems (Zoho etc.)
.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
