? We're : HR Manager - Fine Dining Persian Restaurant - Abu Dhabi.
Join a prestigious hospitality company who has a successful restaurants in the heart of . The company launched their first ever luxury Persian inspired restaurant in Abu Dhabi in 2024 which is now a hit.
As the company expands its new projects across gulf region, Asia and Europe, we are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations while ensuring compliance with UAE labor law.
? What You'll Do:
Lead recruitment & onboarding for top hospitality talent
Drive employee engagement & training initiatives
Oversee payroll, leave & HR admin
Manage employee relations & performance reviews
Support management with manpower planning
? What We're Looking For:
5+ years HR experience (2+ in hospitality/F&B in UAE)
Strong knowledge of UAE labor law
Excellent leadership & communication skills
Hospitality recruitment experience is a must
CIPD/SHRM certification is a plus
