We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

HR Manager

to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources within our organization. The ideal candidate will have

at least 5 years of HR experience in the UAE

, with strong knowledge of local labor laws, HR policies, and employee relations. This role requires a proactive leader who can align HR strategies with business goals while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures. Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and government regulations. Manage compensation, payroll, and benefits administration. Design and implement training and development programs. Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management. Maintain HR records, reports, and compliance documentation. Provide guidance and support to department heads and employees on HR-related matters. Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.

Requirements:

Minimum

5 years of HR management experience in the UAE

. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices. Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/ERP systems. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
