female HR Officer

to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Manage recruitment processes (preparing job ads, conducting interviews, signing contracts).

- Monitor staff attendance, leaves, and discipline.

- Organize training sessions and employee development programs.

- Handle employee concerns and ensure a positive work environment.

- Ensure compliance with local labor laws.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources

(in beauty salons only)

- Good knowledge of labor laws and social insurance.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in computer applications (Excel, HR systems).

- Well-organized and professional personality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month

Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
