Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the HR function for a workforce of 1500+ employees.
Ensure full compliance with Abu Dhabi labour laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures effectively.
Oversee and manage processes related to
Abu Dhabi Pension submissions and compliance
.
Manage and update employee records on the
Nafis portal
and other relevant government platforms.
Lead the HR team and coordinate with departmental heads for HR planning and execution.
Take proactive HR decisions to resolve employee issues and improve organizational efficiency.
Assist in manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
Drive employee engagement and implement HR best practices.
Requirements:
Minimum
3-4 years of experience in a similar HR leadership role
in Abu Dhabi.
Proven experience handling a large workforce (1500+ employees).
Fluent in both Arabic and English

Strong knowledge of
UAE and Abu Dhabi-specific labour laws
and HR compliance requirements.
Hands-on experience with
Abu Dhabi Pension processes
