Key Requirements:
- Understand the business objectives and develop policies and procedures.
- Work closely with various departments within the firm, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
- Responsible for recruitment and liaising with recruitment agencies for all positions across all levels of the firm.
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Review and monitor daily attendance, annual leave and schedules of employees.
- Manage the flow of day-to-day operations.
- Conduct required training sessions in collaboration with department heads.
Education & Skills:
- 10+ years experience in HR role.
