Job Description
A&M International is seeking to hire a Human Resources Manager to join our team in the United Arab Emirates.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources management.
Ability to manage teams and develop HR strategies.
Strong communication skills and the ability to make strategic decisions.
Knowledge of labor laws in the UAE and best HR practices.
A degree in Human Resources or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and policies.
Manage recruitment, training, and employee development processes.
Support and motivate the management team in making HR-related decisions.
Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws.
Provide strategic HR advice to the management.
