Job Description
We're hiring an HR Manager for a leading insurance company--someone hands-on with a strong ability to build structures, policies, and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and improve
HR structures, policies, and KPIs
Support top management in company restructuring to achieve business goals Manage the end-to-end recruitment process Prepare and manage employment contracts Handle onboarding and offboarding processes.Requirements:
4-6 years of relevant HR experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Experience using Zoho is a plusJob Type: Full-time
Pay: E18,000.00 - E22,000.00 per month
