We are looking for an experienced HR Manager currently based in Saudi Arabia with strong exposure to Manufacturing and Retail industries. The ideal candidate must have experience managing Saudi nationals, and possess prior UAE experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management Handle HR matters related to Saudi nationals, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws Lead recruitment activities with a preference for sourcing candidates. Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures Oversee employee records, payroll coordination, and benefits administration Support management in workforce planning and organizational development Ensure HR compliance and promote a positive workplace culture
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Manager Mandatory experience in Manufacturing and Retail sectors Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia Prior UAE experience is mandatory Experience managing Saudi nationals Strong knowledge of Saudi & UAE labor laws
Salary & Benefits:
SAR 8,000 - 10,000 per month Benefits- Housing, Transportation and other benefits as per company policy
