Job Description

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition



Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies for all positions within the Egypt Branch.

Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles across different departments.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.

Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and professional networks.

Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws and company policies during the hiring process.

Payroll & Compensation Management



Oversee and manage monthly payroll processing for all Egyptian employees.

Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, benefits, overtime, and deductions.

Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with Egyptian tax regulations and social insurance requirements.

Coordinate with finance department for payroll-related financial reporting.

Handle payroll inquiries and resolve any discrepancies promptly.

HR Operations & Administration



Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with Egyptian labor laws.

Manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR-related matters.

Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs.

Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

Coordinate training and development programs for local staff.
