e are currently hiring an

HR & Management Trainer

with

relevant industry work experience

to join our training institute. The ideal candidate should have strong practical exposure in HR and management roles along with the ability to deliver effective, job-oriented training.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver HR & Management training programs (CHRP, CHRM, Office Administration, Management Fundamentals, etc.) Train students using

real-world HR and management practices

Develop and update training materials, lesson plans, presentations, and assessments Conduct interactive classroom sessions, workshops, and practical activities Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and practical assessments Provide career guidance, mentoring, and professional feedback to learners Maintain training records, attendance, and evaluation reports Ensure training delivery aligns with industry standards and accreditation requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field

Proven work experience

in HR or management roles (mandatory) Minimum

2-5 years of industry and/or training experience

Prior experience as a

trainer, lecturer, or corporate trainer

preferred Strong knowledge of: HR operations & policies Recruitment & selection Performance management UAE Labour Law (preferred) Management principles & organizational behavior Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills

Preferred Skills

CHRP / CHRM / CIPD / ILM or similar professional certification Experience in

training institutes or corporate training environments

Strong skills in

MS Office and presentation tools

Student-focused and practical teaching approach
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
