Responsibilities


Employee administration:


Update employee records in databases, file HR documents online, and assist with onboarding new hires.


Data and reporting:


Maintain HR files, and help prepare reports or presentations.


HR projects and events:


Assist with planning and organizing employee engagement events, training sessions, or special HR initiatives.


Administrative support:


Respond to basic employee inquiries about HR policies and procedures, and perform general office duties as needed.

Qualifications



Currently pursuing or have a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel with V-Lookup mandatory, PowerPoint). Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. * Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
