- Position: HR Business Partner (HRBP)
- Location: Dubai
- Experience: 5+ years in UAE/GCC, with a strong background in the Mobile/Retail industry
- Age: up to 35 years old
- Lead and coordinate recruitment efforts across all offices in GCC countries, ensuring the acquisition of top talents
- Conduct talent reviews and contribute to talent management strategies
- Possess expert knowledge of labour laws of UAE and other GCC countries
- Oversee and execute employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Perform manpower capital analysis to optimize workforce efficiency
- Utilize data analysis skills to provide insights and recommendations
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Degree/Masters in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven 5+ years of experience in HR/HRBP roles within the Mobile/3C/ Electronics/Retail industry
- Stable work history, demonstrating commitment and dedication
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to dynamic industry trends
- In-depth understanding of Mobile industry business dynamics
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proven experience in strategic HR planning and execution
- Competitive salary: AED 6,500 to AED 7,000 per month
