We are hiring an experienced HR GENERALIST for one of our manufacturing clients in Jebel Ali, Dubai.
Requirements:
- 8+ years HR Generalist experience within a manufacturing or MNC in UAE (Kindly excuse us if you do not possess UAE experience (please excuse if you are a junior Canddiate)
- Candidate should be an expert in UAE labor law, with hands-on UAE experience in Performance Management , TNA, Employee Life Cycle, Recruitment & onboarding, Employee Engagement, HR dashboards & analytics, etc
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, plus any additional HR Certifications
Career Level : Mid level
Language : English + Tagalog
Nationality : South East Asians
Company Size : Large/ MNC
