Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

A. Recruitment & Onboarding

Assist in full-cycle recruitment for Hotel and F&B roles, including job postings, screening, interviewing and reference checks. Facilitate new hire documentation, visa processing, and onboarding procedures. Conduct new employee orientations and ensure smooth integration into the company culture.

B. Employee Relations

Support employee engagement initiatives, welfare programs, and internal communications. Address basic employee concerns and grievances professionally and escalate complex issues when required.

C. HR Administration

Maintain accurate employee records, personal files, and update HRMS. Familiarity using HR systems. Support HR reporting--attendance, turnover, leave management, and manpower reports.

D. Payroll & Benefits Administration

Coordinate & Facilitate with the Finance department for payroll & Benefits Administration. Support administration of employee benefits such as insurance, leave, and end-of-service settlements. Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in line with company standards.

E. Learning & Development

Coordinate training schedules, attendance tracking, and post-training feedback collection. Support the HR Manager in developing training needs analysis and employee development plans.

F. Performance Management

Assist in the execution of performance Management cycles and goal-setting processes. Maintain documentation of evaluations, improvement plans, and probation reviews.

G. Compliance & HR Policy

Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company HR policies. Maintain confidentiality of all HR related information. Recommend & facilitate continuous improvements to HR processes and systems for operational efficiency.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
