An established Oil & Gas company in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced
HR Generalist
to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR operations, a solid understanding of UAE Labor Law, and proficiency with HR systems.Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, payroll, and leave management. Maintain and update employee records using
Odoo HR modules
. Ensure compliance withUAE Labor Law
and company policies. Support employee engagement and HR process improvement initiatives.Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
? 2-6 years of UAE experience in a similar HR role.
? Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
? Experience with
Odoo HR modules
is mandatory.? Excellent communication and organizational skills.
