You will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential.
You will be responsible for the enhancement of job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.
Recommend strategies to ensure employee engagement & their motivation.
Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
You\'ll have a critical contribution to ensure the HR department\'s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.
Partner with the leadership team to identify, develop, and facilitate the creation and execution of internal and external training development programs.
Develop and implement Talent Management Plan to identify and grow talents while securing proper succession for key positions.
You\'ll be accountable for analysing turnover and conducting exit interviews in order to suggest/execute retention plans.
Handling all administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exit interviews.
Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
Key Requirements:
Broad knowledge of different human resources functions.
HR experience within a manufacturing environment is MANDATORY
Knowledge of the UAE labor laws
Advanced knowledge of SAP or HRIS
Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources or related field; MBA is a plus
At least 5 years of diversified experience within HR department.

Scope of the role:
He/ She will work closely with Group HR Director to drive HR solutions at Business Unit level in Dubai, in addition to collaborating with plant leadership team to identify key human resource and business challenges, design and implement effective solutions, while balancing people\'s current and developmental needs.
