Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Staffing
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
Manage the full recruitment cycle: posting jobs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding.
Develop and maintain a candidate database for future staffing needs.
Assist in designing and executing internal mobility and succession planning programs.
2. PRO Services & Employee Visas
Coordinate with the
Public Relations Officer (PRO)
for visa applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws for employee visas, residency permits, and legal documentation.
Manage relationships with government authorities to expedite visa and licensing processes.
Track and maintain visa and employment-related documentation to avoid any legal discrepancies.
3. HR Administration
Oversee the maintenance of
employee records
, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with labor laws.
Manage attendance tracking, leave requests, and payroll coordination.
Develop and communicate internal policies, memos, and procedures.
Handle
employee benefits administration
(insurance, visa renewals, gratuity calculations).
Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events.
4. Employee Relations & Compliance
Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding policies and HR matters.
Manage conflict resolution and provide support in disciplinary matters.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Assist with audits and compliance checks to minimize risk.
5. Process Improvement & Reporting
Analyze HR processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Prepare periodic reports on HR metrics, including turnover, recruitment, and employee engagement.
Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree
in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years
of experience in HR, with expertise in staffing, PRO services, and administration.
Strong knowledge of
UAE labor laws
and government processes.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in
MS Office
(Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
