We are a Real estate brokerage company based in Dubai, specializing in primary and secondary property sales. We are looking for an HR executive who can manage recruitment, onboarding, HR operations and performance monitoring through CRM system.
Responsibilities :-
Source, screen and hire real estate agents and admin staff.
Prepare offer letters, contracts and manage onboarding documents
Maintain employee records-attendance and leave reports
Track agent performance through CRM-lead assigned follow up rate, meetings booked and closings
Generate weekly performance reports for management based on CRM data.
Support training sessions, office policies and employee engagement.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree
1-2 years HR experience-in real estate experience highly preferred
Hands-on experience with CRM systems used in real estate
Strong communication and Co-ordination skills
Good Understanding of UAE Labor Law
Proficient in MS Office

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
