Job Purpose The HR Executive\xe2\x80\x99s role is to create referral programs, update HR policies, overseeing the hiring processes, assist all employees with their HR related concerns and assist the Human Resources Manager. Key Responsibilities and Tasks Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database. Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves. Assist the HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring, and salary administration. Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates, and schedule job interviews Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries Coordinate with PRO for New visas, Cancellations, and Emirates ID. Assist the HR Manager with Medical Insurance. Handling online portals such as Medical and Visa. Assist in Orientation of New employees joining. Assist in preparing HR reports. Any Other Jobs as per the business requirement Qualifications Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration Experience 2+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Human Resources with experience in labour relations and UAE labour law.
