Support smooth employee onboarding, induction, and training processes.
Handle payroll processing, WPS compliance, and related employee benefits administration.
Maintain accurate HR records, recruitment trackers, and compliance reports.
Work closely with compliance to ensure HR policies align with
SCA regulations

Assist with
performance management, employee relations, and grievance handling

Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3-5 years of HR experience within a forex brokerage regulated by SCA (Category 1 or 5).
Strong exposure to
recruitment, compliance, HR operations, and payroll/WPS management
in the financial services industry.
Fluency in Arabic and English (written & spoken) is mandatory.
Solid knowledge of
SCA requirements and UAE labor law

Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/ATS systems.
