Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Departmental managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
  • Source applicants through online channels and other professional networks
  • Create job descriptions and interview questions and relevant screening tests that reflect the requirements for each position
  • Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
  • Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
  • Employee onboarding process of documentation and filing.
  • Performing employee background checks and verifying information.
  • Sharing relevant documents with the Operations to get approvals from the concerned Missions.
  • Communicating policies pertaining to Human Resources, compensation, and benefits.
  • Offering counseling services to employees.
  • Conducting exit interviews.
  • Collecting and analyzing employee data.
  • Using data to create employee profiles.
  • Organizing and updating employee files.
  • Adhering to regulatory standards.
  • Representing the company at job fairs and college campuses.
  • Liaising between employees and management.
  • Managing employee complaints.
Other Requirements:
  • Two or three years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
  • Experience in handling employee issues or understand the employee concerns
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Should have excellent organizing and time management skills.
  • Should have a valid visa in UAE sponsored by Husband/Father.
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (or equivalent) preferably in Psychology
