Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles in the real estate industry (sales, leasing, property management, administration, etc.).
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored for the real estate sector.
Handle onboarding, induction, and employee engagement activities.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Manage payroll coordination and leave administration.
Oversee performance appraisal processes and training needs.
Resolve employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.
Support management in strategic workforce planning.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in an HR role, with at least 1 year in the
real estate industry
.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in the real estate domain.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
