To support the HR team by managing HR documentation, ensuring accurate records, coordinating with camps and site teams, and assisting in day-to-day HR operations. The role is focused on maintaining compliance and smooth administrative workflows.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Documentation & Record Keeping
Handle and organize all HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
Ensure documentation is filed, certified, and retrieved efficiently when required.
Support in preparing HR-related letters, forms, and reports.
Assist in maintaining trackers and HR databases.
2. Coordination with Camps & Site Teams
Act as a communication link between HR and camp/site supervisors.
Gather necessary employee information and documentation from sites.
Support in employee movement updates, attendance tracking, and basic welfare coordination.
3. HR Support & Administrative Assistance
Assist HR Officers in daily HR tasks and processes.
Coordinate with internal departments and HR team members for smooth operations.
Assist during audits by ensuring documents are readily available and compliant.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
1-2 years of experience in any HR roles.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet deadlines.
