About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional with comprehensive knowledge of UAE Labour Law and proven expertise in core HR functions. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive employee experience. This role is critical in supporting our workforce and contributing to the organization's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Administration:

  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
  • Prepare HR-related documents including employment contracts, addendums, NOCs, and experience certificates.
  • Handle government portal transactions (MOHRE, Tasheel, GDRFA) for visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and labour card management.
2. UAE Labour Law & Compliance:
  • Ensure all HR policies, procedures, and practices are fully compliant with UAE Federal Labour Law and any relevant free zone regulations.
  • Advise management and employees on labour law interpretation and application.
  • Stay updated on changes in UAE employment legislation and implement necessary updates.
  • Manage employee grievances and disciplinary procedures in line with legal requirements.
3. Payroll Support:
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll processing.
  • Validate attendance, leaves, deductions, bonuses, and end-of-service benefits (EOSB) calculations.
  • Address and resolve any payroll-related queries from employees.
4. Employee Relations:
  • Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance and support.
  • Foster a positive work environment by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives and support performance management cycles.
5. Talent Management Support:
  • Assist in recruitment activities such as sourcing, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings as needed.
  • Coordinate probationary reviews and performance appraisal processes.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a strong advantage.
  • Experience: 5-8 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist/Executive in the UAE market.
  • Mandatory Expertise:
  • In-depth, practical knowledge of UAE Labour Law and its application across mainland and free zones.
  • Proficiency in HR operations, documentation, and government portal management.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll coordination and employee relations.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software/systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
