The ideal candidate will offer administrative assistance to the office, guaranteeing the seamless and effective functioning of HR processes and operations. This role seeks a person with excellent organizational and communication skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
End-to-End Recruitment Cycle:
Manage the full recruitment process, from posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assisting with the onboarding process.
Odoo Knowledge:
Utilize Odoo HR modules to manage employee records, track attendance, payroll, leave management, and other HR functions.
Visa and Immigration:
Manage the employment visa process, ensuring compliance with legal and immigration requirements. Assist with visa applications, renewals, and any required documentation.
Employee Relations:
Foster a positive work environment, handle employee queries, and provide support in resolving workplace issues.
HR Documentation:
Maintain and update HR records, employee contracts, and all required documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
HR Reporting:
Prepare regular reports on recruitment, employee performance, and other HR-related metrics.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Demonstrated experience in HR administration, ideally within an FMCG or distribution setting.
- In-depth knowledge of
UAE labor law
and its application in the workplace.
- Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
- Outstanding ability in organization, multitasking, and managing time effectively.
- Excellent skills in communication, both in writing and speaking.
- Expertise in
MS Office
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A degree or certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
