Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Workforce Planning
Manage full-cycle recruitment for skilled and unskilled labor in alignment with production targets.
Coordinate onboarding processes including
TAMM registration
,
EID
, medical fitness tests, and Emirates ID processing.
Liaise with PRO and labor consultants for visa formalities through
MOHRE
and
ICP
.
Employee Relations & Labor Law Compliance
Implement HR policies aligned with
UAE Labour Law
and
Abu Dhabi regulatory requirements
.
Handle grievance redressal, employee counseling, and disciplinary procedures with transparency and documentation.
Monitor accommodation compliance with
Abu Dhabi Municipality and Civil Defence regulations
.
Payroll & WPS Compliance
Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate execution via
Wage Protection System (WPS)
.
Ensure accurate tracking of
attendance
,
overtime
,
leave balances
, and
end-of-service calculations
.
Maintain meticulous HR documentation and employee records as per
Tawjeeh and Tasheel
requirements.
Performance Management & Development
Lead the performance review cycle, define KPIs, and support department heads in talent development.
Create and implement training plans for technical upskilling, safety protocols, and leadership development.
Health, Safety, and Welfare
Partner with the
HSE team
to ensure strict compliance with
Abu Dhabi Occupational Safety & Health Center (OSHAD)
standards.
Ensure compliance with
Abu Dhabi Civil Defence
audits and enforce site-level safety protocols.
Conduct regular safety drills, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions for the workforce.
Policy Development & Audits
Draft and revise company policies, employment contracts, and internal manuals.
Prepare for external audits, including
labor inspections
,
EHS
, and
zone authority compliance checks
.
HR Reporting & Systems
Maintain HR dashboards (headcount, attrition, compliance, visa status).
Use HRMS or ERP tools for data tracking, payroll input, and documentation.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Business Administration.
Additional certifications such as
CIPD
,
SHRM
, or
UAE Labor Law training
are preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 6-10 years in HR roles, including at least
3 years in a manufacturing or industrial environment in Abu Dhabi
.
Hands-on experience with
blue-collar workforce management
,
WPS
, and
end-of-service settlements
.
Skills:
Deep understanding of

KIZAD/ICAD guidelines

Familiarity with
