HR Executive

to support our recruitment and visa processes.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an organized, resourceful, and proactive

HR Executive

who will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and overseeing all visa-related tasks. This role is essential in ensuring that our teams are staffed with top talent and that all employee documentation is compliant with UAE labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and onboarding Prepare and post job advertisements on various platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) Coordinate with internal departments to understand hiring requirements Handle all visa-related activities including applications, renewals, cancellations, and medicals Liaise with PROs and government authorities (MOHRE, GDRFA, Tasheel, etc.) Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and maintain accurate employee records Maintain up-to-date recruitment and visa tracking sheets Assist with general HR functions and administrative support as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and UAE visa processing Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and immigration processes Familiarity with HR systems and online government portals Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Preferred:

Previous HR experience in a real estate or brokerage environment Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
