Our client is a hospitality business that have recently opened in the UAE, with a 10-year exposure in the European market. We are looking for Senior HR Manager to build and grow a team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about building high-performing, inclusive teams. Key Responsibilities: xc2xb7 Lead all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, performance management and compliance. xc2xb7 Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and company culture. xc2xb7 Serve as a trusted advisor to management on organisational structure, workforce planning, and employee engagement. xc2xb7 Design and manage recruitment processes to attract top talent across hospitality and support roles. xc2xb7 Establish onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires. xc2xb7 Support leadership in building a strong, values-driven culture as the company scales. xc2xb7 Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR best practices across all operating regions. xc2xb7 Manage employee records, HR systems, and documentation in line with data privacy regulations. xc2xb7 Handle sensitive employee issues with professionalism and discretion. Qualifications: xc2xb7 HR experience, within hospitality / startup environments. xc2xb7 Strong understanding of HR policies and the UAE labor laws. xc2xb7 Experience building HR systems and processes from the ground up is a strong advantage. xc2xb7 Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
