Position Overview:
We are seeking a
visionary and strategic HR Director
to lead our Human Resources function and act as a key business partner to the executive leadership team. This role is critical in shaping an organizational culture rooted in
innovation, inclusivity, and performance
, while ensuring alignment between HR strategies and overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
Develop and execute long-term HR strategies that support the company's vision, mission, and growth agenda.
Executive Partnership:
Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, COO, and senior leadership on all human capital matters.
Culture & Change Leadership:
Champion initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance organizational culture.
Talent Acquisition & Retention:
Lead recruitment strategies to attract and retain top-tier talent across all business functions.
Leadership Development & Succession Planning:
Design and implement programs to identify, develop, and retain future leaders.
Employee Engagement:
Promote employee well-being, motivation, and satisfaction through targeted programs and policy enhancements.
Compliance & Governance:
Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulatory requirements in all operating regions.
Change Management:
Lead organizational change efforts and ensure alignment with strategic business priorities.
Compensation & Benefits Strategy:
Oversee competitive and cost-effective total rewards programs that attract and retain talent.
Team Development:
Manage and mentor the HR team to build internal capability, drive accountability, and deliver results.
HR Analytics:
Leverage data and metrics to evaluate HR initiatives, support decision-making, and measure business impact.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including labor unions and employee representatives as applicable.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or Master's in HR Management is strongly preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of
15 years of progressive HR experience
, with at least
5 years in a senior HR leadership role
.
