Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and visionary HR Director to lead the Human Resources function and serve as a strategic business partner to senior leadership. The HR Director will drive the development and execution of HR strategies that support business objectives, nurture a high-performance culture, and foster employee engagement and development. This role requires a strong focus on organizational culture, talent management, and change leadership to enable sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company's vision, mission, and business goals.
Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the executive leadership team on all people-related matters.
Lead initiatives to build and sustain a positive organizational culture that promotes inclusion, innovation, and high performance.
Oversee talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent across all levels.
Design and drive leadership development, succession planning, and workforce planning programs.
Develop policies and programs that enhance employee engagement, well-being, and retention.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards across all jurisdictions.
Lead organizational change management efforts to support business transformation and agility.
Oversee compensation and benefits strategies that balance competitiveness with cost effectiveness.
Manage the HR team, providing coaching, development, and support to drive excellence.
Utilize HR analytics and metrics to assess HR initiatives' impact and inform decision-making.
Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including unions or employee representatives where applicable.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or Master's preferred.
15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
Proven track record in developing and executing strategic HR initiatives that drive business results and culture change.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and labor relations.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience leading large, diverse teams and managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage HR data for strategic insights.
Experience in multinational or matrixed organizations is highly desirable.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
